This annual event was attended by 47 leaders from different Microfinance Centers of Adtempco credit branches along with the development officers, microfinance supervisors and branch managers on December 21, 2020 held at the Mt. Carmel Agri-tourism and Training Center Function Hall in Pidigan, Abra.

This activity is done annually during the Christmas season to promote the spirit of unity, teamwork and to nurture harmonious relationships among center leaders. This year, the event started with a two-hour Christmas Recollection facilitated by Dr. Alda B. Bringas, ADTEMPCO Guidance Counselor.

The recollection focused on the real treasure of Advent in Christian living inculcating Leadership Values that is essential for leaders in the community.

A Thanksgiving Mass was offered led by Rev. Fr. Cirilo Ortega, SVD. The leaders together with Adtempco staff expressed the spirit of giving and sharing through exchanging of gift.

Engr. Irene B. Bringas thanked everyone for being the forearm of the Co-op in the communities. The CEO challenged everyone that the success of the program lie on their hands on how they are sincerely determined to do their part as the prime movers of Microfinance.

Everyone went home with wide smiles holding their bags loaded with raffle prizes and Christmas gift packs from ADTEMPCO.
