ADTEMPCO employees participate in LGU blood donation drive

ADTEMPCO Bangued branch participated in the annual blood-letting activity conducted by the LGU Bangued and Philippine Red Cross-Abra Chapter last December 3, 2020.
According to Mr. Danilo Tegrado, branch manager of ADTEMPCO Bangued branch, the blood donation drive is regularly participated by the cooperative employees particularly from the branch every time there is an invitation for one.
Mr. Mikki C. Bejarin, credit investigator, and Mr. Resty P. Tuanquin, marketing officer, both from ADTEMPCO Bangued branch, represented ADTEMPCO in the said blood donation drive. We could have sent more if not for the field work of the other employees,”” said Tegrado.
Mr. Tegrado also said that the participation of the cooperative in any social undertaking is part of its mission of sharing its blessings to the community. Another activity which ADTEMPCO actively takes part regularly is the municipal cleanup drive and the adopt-a-estero program.
Microfinance revitalization
Meanwhile, Tegrado shares their activities on microfinance in which they want to improve the process to serve its beneficiaries better especially on micro agri-loan. The activities include more intensive monitoring and encouraging feedback from the members. He also recognizes the need for more interaction between the credit and business development since the latter handles business consultancy and trainings for livelihood while the former deals with the financial needs of members.
According to BM Tegrado, they have been visiting microfinance centers covered by ADTEMPCO Bangued branch to put emphasis on service above self which pertains to their services as a center, not as an individual member.
